Process Improvement Workshop This is a working session in which we collaborate to whiteboard the existing workflow within an organization and discuss how efficiencies can be gained. This workshop will utilize your current technology as a basis for the discussion. After this session, you will have roadmap for implementing change.

Project Planning and Event Management Introduction Utilize goal setting strategies to create an action plan. You’ll learn a simple project planning strategy for recording project tasks, dates and resources, and then plan a simple event.

Working at home and staying balanced This session is designed for individuals who work at home. It will get participants started on designing strategies for creating sacred work space as well as honoring standard work hours. It will address how to mitigate interruptions and maximize productivity.

You’ll learn an easy process to eliminate clutter to create the envisioned space then use that process to organize a space. Included will be a discussion on chronic disorganization.

This workshop focuses on tactics to create a “Home Administration” area that everyone in the house can rely on to stay on track with their responsibilities, both within and outside of the home.
